We offer Package Protection which can be added to your order at checkout — if your package arrives damaged, you'll receive a replacement or store credit. Not on this website. Not in any collection. Not in any public drop. Only in your box.

The founding member rate of $39.99 CAD/month was exclusively available to June members for Box 01 — our very first official box. This special rate is no longer available. The regular subscription price is $49.99 CAD/month.

You're billed monthly on the date you join. For example, if you sign up on the 10th, you'll be billed on the 10th of every month going forward.

Your box ships toward the end of the same month you're billed. You will receive a tracking number via email on ship day.

Anytime. There's no cutoff date — the moment you join, you're enrolled in the current month's box.

Yes. As soon as you subscribe, you're charged immediately and enrolled in the current month's box. From there, billing continues automatically each month on the date you joined.

When you choose a 6-month or annual plan, you're charged once upfront for the full value of your membership. After that, you'll be billed a small separate monthly shipping fee, so you're never hit with one huge lump sum for shipping all at once. Your card on file is billed automatically each month for shipping only, and your box ships right on schedule.

Each month's box contains one exclusive eyeshadow drop — either a mini palette or a curated collection of pressed eyeshadows including shimmers, duochromes, and/or multichromes, handmade in-house. Every month has a different theme, colour story, and exclusive drop.

Never. The Coveted exclusive drops are created for subscribers only and will never be sold on the website or in any public drop. Once the box ships, those shades are gone.

Each month we reveal a sneak peek of the upcoming exclusive drop — the theme, the colour story, the vibe. Not every month gets a full reveal, though; sometimes it stays a surprise until it ships. Monthly members pay this rate as part of their regular monthly charge. 6-month and annual members pay for their box upfront, then are billed this same shipping rate separately each month via a recurring shipping charge, so your box keeps shipping every month without one large shipping bill upfront.

Yes, after your first 2 billing cycles you can skip one upcoming month by emailing us between the 1st and 5th of the prior month. One full billing cycle must pass before you can skip again.

Pause requests are available after your first 2 completed billing cycles, up to once per year, for 1–3 months. Please give at least 2 weeks notice by emailing us at info@shinebysdcosmetics.com. Once started, a pause runs its full length before your subscription resumes. Your subscription rate stays protected while paused.

Monthly members must complete 2 billing cycles before becoming eligible to cancel, and must give 30 days written notice before their next billing date. Please email us at info@shinebysdcosmetics.com with your cancellation request. If your notice arrives after the cutoff, one final box will be charged and shipped. 6-month and annual plans are prepaid at a discounted rate and are non-refundable — once purchased, these terms run their full length and cannot be cancelled early. Please note: cancellation permanently forfeits your founding member rate if applicable.
